Booking
A booking is confirmed when you pay 50% of the total as a deposit. The rest can be paid in installments, settled in full by check-in.
Payment methods
PIX, bank transfer, and credit card (ask about installment terms).
Cancellation policy
- Cancel up to 60 days before check-in: we refund what you paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Between 30 and 60 days before: we refund 50%.
- Less than 30 days: no refund.
- On holidays, Christmas, New Year, and Carnival: no refund, whatever the notice.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
- Check-out: by 10:00 am.
- More flexible times if we have availability and you ask ahead.
Capacity
Maximum 11 guests. Up to 12 with an extra rollaway bed, if we approve it first.
Children
Children are welcome. Tell us their ages when you book so we can prepare the right bedding.
Pets
We arrange this case by case, depending on availability and conditions.
House rules
The house is a quiet place. Parties or events with people outside the booking need prior agreement.
